Players Circle Theater in Fort Myers to present ‘Say Goodnight Gracie’
Players Circle Theater in Fort Myers will host “Say Goodnight Gracie” from June 25 to July 5, 2026, celebrating the life and love story of comedy legend George Burns.
FORT MYERS, Fla. — Players Circle Theater in Fort Myers will showcase “Say Goodnight Gracie,” a play by Rupert Holmes, from June 25 to July 5, 2026.
The production tells the true story of comedy legend George Burns, tracing his rise to fame, his partnership with Gracie Allen, and the enduring love that fueled their lifetime of laughter and show business magic.
Ted Wioncek III, associate artistic director at Players Circle Theater, and Pasquale LaCorte, who portrays George Burns in the production, joined the studio, giving a preview of the can’t-miss show.
“Say Goodnight Gracie” invites audiences to fall in love again with the hilarious and heartfelt journey of one of comedy’s most iconic figures.
